Collectors Items

All my bears are collectors items. They may contain materials that are unsuitable for children, such as glass eyes, steel shot, plastic pellets etc.

Delivery

Your bear will be sent by Special Delivery in the UK. He will be sent 'International Signed For' to overseas addresses. The buyer is responsible for any Customs charges incurred.

Returns

I appreciate that it can be difficult to buy a bear over the Internet. If you are unhappy with your bear for any reason, please return him within seven days in 'as new' condition. He should be insured, and sent Special Delivery. Unfortunately, Royal Mail has been known to lose a bear of mine in the past. I will happily refund your purchase price, but you will need to pay the return postage.

Payment

Payment by Paypal is preferred.
